Génération Amstrad CPC is a book written by Patrick Hellio edited by Pix'n Love.

It's a big book, A4 format with no less than 538 pages. Indeed you must do some muscle work before being able to read a book about Amstrad CPC computers. I can't give an opinion about the book as I couldn't order it before. It is available as a limited edition on Pix'n Love web site, simply in a french library shop or on Amazon.fr if you don't live in France. Elégance Editions by Oncle Ced is the place to order the newspapers Fanzine GX (issues 1 to 3) and CPC Anachronie (issue 1, the second is W.I.P which will also be about other 8bit machines). But you will also find stickers in french, english and german for Amstrad CPC 6128 to put on the disk drive, packs of 10 labels for 3 inch disks, a poster for CPC Anachronie 1, cartridges of Burnin'Rubber.

Gunhed TV (David Hecq) is a known french youtubber with some videos on Amstrad CPC.

Replay : Mémoires d'une famille is the history of Jordan Mechner, hist family and the programming of the mythic game Prince of Persia on Apple 2 as a comic.

I was able to buy it directly from Jordan Mechner and I did read voraciously, and I did loan to my mother and other people, all loved it. It's a dive into the history of 20th century in Europe with the Mechner family. The first reading can be difficult because the reading is not linear in time, you jump from one era to another but you really have to hang on because it is simply an extraordinary reading, 320 pages of pure joy, I wished there were more. I rediscovered historical facts through reading it, in addition to discovering the genesis of the Prince of Persia game. And I'll read it again as soon as I get it back from the last person I lent it to.

Amtix issue 9 by Fusion Retro Books was released at the start of October 2023.

You can download the issues 3 (December 2022) and 4 of the french Amstrad CPC fanzine ùCPM by Titi. The issue 4 is out just today.

It's on the Facebook page of the web site that I saw CNR Team (Crack'N Rom) which working on their web site about their Amstrad productions, the fanzines Crack'N ROM and pour ses créations Amstrad CPC, les fanzines Crack'N ROM and the Carnard déchainé (wild duck).

Also mentionned on CNR's Facebook page, Toug who participated to Crack'n ROM has written a paper zine in January 2023 which I missed : CPC Fan BZH n°1 (sweet name), the second issue will be out on November 2023.

Xyphoe has written in 2022 two articles without knowing its use. Well now he knows, it's for a one time paper magazine : Amstrad Addict by David Crookes (WACCI, Amstrad Action...). This issue has an exclusive interview of Alan Michael Sugar (unknown date) and certainly an article about the racing game Vespertino by Batman Group.
